The Sustainable Energy Academy seeks to establish a network of energy efficient ’showhomes’ around the UK to inspire others to take similar measures in their own homes to save energy. The client views the website as the main point of contact with the public and as such, work on the site is ongoing as and when new features are required. To date, work on this site has included:
- Site design
- Site implementation
- Creation of a custom superhome locator build using the Google Maps API
- Creation of a specialised database of Green Builders – based on Wordpress
- Creation of a custom database of superhome owners
- Creation of flash-based locator tool (now superceeded by Google Maps locator tool)
